I just placed my order. How long should I expect to receive it?

Your shipment will take approximately 5-7 business days to get to you for items in stock. Pre-orders take approximately 2-3 weeks. If for some reason your order is delayed, we will let you know right away. Tracking information will be emailed to you after processing.

What is your return policy?

All items purchased from Olanno Dance are eligible for STORE CREDIT if postmarked to the return address within 14 days of delivery date. Store credit will be issued for the amount paid at the time of purchase. We can exchange your return for a different size of the same style if in stock. If out of stock, store credit will be applied. Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees. Once we receive your return in the mail, please allow 5-7 business days for processing.

PLEASE NOTE: SALE ITEMS & GIFT CARDS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS/STORE CREDIT 
Return items must be in the same condition in which they were received; unworn, unwashed, undamaged to be eligible for store credit. It is at Olanno Dance’s discretion to determine if the returned product has been soiled, if it is determined to be soiled, items will not be accepted for store credit and Olanno Dance cannot send back those items unless shipping for those items is paid. There is never a charge for incorrectly shipped or defective items.

*To avoid exchanges, please make sure measurements are taken and you have thoroughly looked at our sizing chart or contacted us to help you determine sizing.

The item I want is out of stock, how long will I wait until it is available?

We value our process of working closely with all our brands. Olanno Dance will work quickly to get items out of production and restocked for you. Most items take about 1-2 weeks to restock, others a bit longer. Be the first to know if your item is back in stock by entering your email on your desired item waitlist.

My dancer measures in various sizes, how do I determine what size to get?

For separates, take careful measurements of your dancer using our “measuring guide” here. Email or DM us through our Instagram and we’ll help you determine what size would be best. Any other details to know about your dancer’s body type would also be helpful. For leotards, if your dancer’s measurement is slightly off, use the girth measurement to help you determine the correct size.

Do you provide international shipping?

At this time we do not provide international shipping. U.S. and Alaska only.

How do I care for my dancewear?

We highly recommend that you hand wash only with light detergent and cool water and lay flat to dry. Do not use fabric softener. We are not responsible for any garment once it has been washed.
